Aligning of the Clothing and Apparel Supplier Stars

This week the stars aligned somewhat. It's more of a coincidence than anything, but I like to keep a positive mindset when things like this happen.

A close friend of mine was attending a trade show for his company, for corporate suppliers of branded clothing and apparel. Knowing about my recent business venture, Contour Supply Co., he thought about me, and figured it would be a good opportunity to check out some suppliers and what they have to offer for what we are offering to our customers. Besides, he knew I also knew the people putting on the trade show, so the "invite only" tag wouldn't be an issue going to check it out knowing I wasn't invited. Further, the trade show was located at a venue across the street from my house...so it was meant to be. 

Long story short, I made some excellent contacts, I found some really cool products I am interested in, and connected with some friends I didn't realize could provide some services that I would need to get the business moving forward.

Sometimes when the stars align you have to act on whatever opportunities present themselves. You never know where it'll take you.
